My name is Jennifer Watts, but you can call me Jen. I live south of the Fraser river myself, and I’m passionate about all things Fraser Valley. Born and bred in BC, I grew up in Richmond, spent time in the Okanagan, and set down roots in Surrey almost a decade ago. I have 20 years of direct lending experience working with Banks, Credit Unions, brokerages. I’ve been a personal banker, a business banker, a senior manager, and a Mortgage Advisor, so I understand the key differences in dealing directly with the bank versus a broker like myself – and those differences are core to why I made the switch.
